Cooking season is upon us! Hot Wing Festival is just next month (April 17th), so I need to get some more trial runs in cooking wings.
All Pirates of the Capsaicin team members are urged to come (this event will serve as an informal meeting). All BTOC and friends are welcome to join.
I’ve got 10 lbs of wings that are begging to be cooked. I’ll be making wings with competition sauce and a few experimental sauces I am working on.
If anyone would like to try their hand at making a sauce, PLEASE bring some! My kitchen will be available to those whom need it.
BYO adult beverages, please.
SUNDAY, March 14th @ 1pm, my place. These wings aren’t going to eat themselves.
